Go-Pak UK
Go-Pak UK is the Company that serves the European markets with products that are manufactured by the Go-Pak Group overseas manufacturing activities. Established in February 2009, Go-Pak UK has fast become a leading privately owned supplier of food service disposables. In addition to supplying the market with a range of Group manufactured products, Go-Pak UK supply our customers with products that are sourced from ‘Best in Class’ overseas manufacturing partners.
Our core product base includes a wide range of disposable paper cups, soup containers, paper board based fast food trays, plastic cutlery in a variety of styles, plastic drinking cups and straws and disposable wooden coffee stirrers and skewers. Go-Pak China (Smart Packaging Ltd.)
In February 2011, the decision was made to invest in our first overseas manufacturing facility. Located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, this 100,000 ft2 manufacturing site gives us the scope to increase our production capabilities to over 60 million units per month. This includes production of lines such as our premium quality disposable paper cups, triple wall lined ripple cups and rippled containers.
The decision to invest in this overseas manufacturing facility has enabled Go-Pak UK to quickly become the market leader of Go-Pak branded and private label ripple cups and soup containers to the UK market. What really sets Go-Pak apart from our competition is our ability to offer a complete supply chain solution in combination with high quality and competitively priced products.
Go-Pak Vietnam
December 2013 marks another important milestone in Go-Pak’s overseas growth, as that is when we decided to invest in our second overseas manufacturing site, this time in Binh Duong Province, Vietnam. The 50,000 ft2 facility is suited to house 45 injection moulding machines, giving us the scope to increase our production capacity for plastic cutlery to 800 million units per year.
Go-Pak Vietnam will produce a range of high quality disposable plastic products, including plastic cutlery, wine glasses, champagne flutes, shot glasses and microwave food containers. We are excited about the possibilities of the potential for growth from this overseas manufacturing facility, as we push ahead with our Global Growth Plans.
